Nick Castro is the Assistant Dean for Inclusive Excellence at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. In his role, Nick is responsible for developing the strategic vision for Lindner’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. His goals of creating and maintaining inclusive spaces are achieved by focusing on the recruitment, retention and support of diverse students, staff and faculty. His passion for helping diverse communities stems from his experience as the son of an immigrant and as a first-generation college student. Nick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. He is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a Cultural Intelligence Center CQ® Certified Facilitator.
